cdd33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cdd33 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cdd33 online gaming platform at cdd33.pro. These Terms apply to all users, whether you register an account, access any free feature, or engage with any game, promotion, or service on the platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on cdd33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the cdd33 platform.

To register and use the cdd33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted for deposits or withdrawals.

cdd33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts found in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on cdd33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cdd33 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking), and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Third-party processors, international credit cards, and cryptocurrency wallets are not accepted.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. cdd33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

cdd33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your payment provider (such as bKash transaction charges) are outside cdd33's control and are the user's responsibility.

All casino games on cdd33 are supplied by internationally recognised studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate under their own regulatory licences and use certified RNG technology to determine outcomes. cdd33 does not alter or interfere with the outcomes of any game supplied by these providers.

For sports betting markets, odds are set by cdd33 and are subject to change until a bet is accepted and confirmed. The following conditions apply to all gameplay on cdd33:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. cdd33 will not reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error materially affected the game or market outcome.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets without human input is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Where a live casino game is interrupted by a technical failure, the round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules, which are the authoritative reference for all related disputes.
• cdd33 retains the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or market suspension that was not correctly applied prior to the bet being placed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cdd33. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account on the cdd33 platform
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion
• Using any form of arbitrage, matched betting strategy, or exploit to take unfair advantage of promotions or game mechanics
• Using stolen, cloned, or third-party payment methods to make deposits on cdd33
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the cdd33 platform, its software, or its data feeds

cdd33 uses automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, cdd33 reserves the right to act without prior notice to the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cdd33 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the cdd33 platform, including: loss of funds from gambling activity; platform interruption due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure; unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security; or reliance on platform information that proves inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits cdd33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cdd33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cdd33 uses SSL encryption across all account and transaction activity and does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platform operations in the jurisdiction in which cdd33 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of cdd33 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. cdd33 operates in good faith and will always endeavour to resolve user disputes promptly and equitably through direct communication before any formal process is initiated.
